TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of aimdepot.shop, operated by AimDepot, a sole trader registered in Finland (Y-tunnus 3626079-5), Nuolialantie 63 A 6, 33900 Tampere.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in EUR including VAT. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

3. Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled by BigBuy, our EU-based wholesale supplier. AimDepot acts as the seller of record. All consumer rights under Finnish and EU law apply to your purchase.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Liability

AimDepot is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved under Finnish jurisdiction. EU customers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
