Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

At AimDepot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products are fulfilled by BigBuy, our EU-based wholesale partner.

Returns

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (EU statutory cooling-off period). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

To initiate a return, email aimdepot@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by AimDepot if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Full refunds are issued for:

• Items not received within 30 business days
• Items arriving damaged or defective
• Items significantly different from the description
• Wrong items delivered

Contact us first at aimdepot@proton.me before returning anything. We resolve most issues without requiring a return.
