SHIPPING POLICY

All AimDepot orders are fulfilled by BigBuy from EU warehouses. Because we ship within the EU, there are no customs charges or import duties for EU customers.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (EU): €4.99 — 3 to 7 business days

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for EU destinations. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

VAT

All prices shown include EU VAT. No additional taxes or import fees apply for customers within the European Union.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at aimdepot@proton.me with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
